Come meet your neighbors

New Owner Packet

Welcome to Porters Neck Plantation!

As neighbors and as the Porters Neck Homeowners Association, we would like to extend our warmest welcome to you and your family. We can all remember our first days in our new homes at Porters Neck Plantation (PNP). Every one of us had questions about what we needed to do, with whom we should talk, and how to get things done. We hope this section answers many of your questions about living at PNP and gets your “settling in” experience off on the right foot.

You’ll find a very friendly and welcoming environment at PNP. On any day of the week, you’ll likely see an active group of walkers (with and without pets), joggers, bicyclists, and neighbors visiting with other residents. Our beautiful streets are very light-traffic with low-speed regulations, and most people will wave as oncoming vehicles pass through the neighborhood. Please do not hesitate to say hello and ask the “how does it work” questions we all have in the beginning. Just to let you in on a little secret, everyone may not have the answers but we will try to help as best we can.

And while your neighbors may be a good source for quick answers, please see the information below about regulations, forms, and more. Be sure to contact our HOA management company, CAMS (Community Association Management Service), and view their website at camsmgt.com. Fill out the registration form on the right side of the page to get started.

After registering, the first thing you may want to do if you want automatic entry through the PNP gates is to get the barcodes for your cars. Since we are a 24-hour gated community, the HOA will assign you barcodes that attach to the sides of your vehicles to automatically open the gates. These are very helpful! Go to portal.camsmgt.com and portal.camsmgt.com/Homeowner for more information.
